What are the payment options?

We accept ALL major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) for online purchases only.

When will my order be available for pickup?

Once your order has been received, your bubble tea kit will be available for pickup at our store location the next business day.

Vegan alternatives (for DIY bubble kits)?

Our Non-Dairy Powder is not considered vegan, as it contains a milk derivative. We highly suggest to use non-dairy alternatives (soy milk, almond milk, oat milk) to substitute the Non-Dairy Powder in the milk tea. Our pearls and tea leaves are vegan!

How do i store uncooked pearls?

For uncooked pearls, we recommend that you place them in a Ziploc bag. Push all the air out to prevent moisture from going in and place the uncooked pearls in a dry area without sunlight. It is normal for minor condensation to form in the bag, as the uncooked pearls contain slight moisture.

If you do not have a Ziploc bag, an airtight container will do as well. Also place in a dry area without sunlight.

How to cook tapioca pearls?

We will provide you a full detail instructions on how to cook the tapioca pearls and how to properly store them within the bubble tea kit. If by chance the instructions are missing, please feel free to contact us through email (Chayuanvancouver@gmail.com).

A friendly reminder: please do not place them in the refrigerator, as the tapioca pearls will become hard :(.
